Pollster Mark Penn is the chief strategist for Hillary Clinton's Presidential ambitions. He also has gotten her in trouble. When not plotting a path to the White House, he serves as "Worldwide CEO and President" of Burson-Marsteller, something that caused some heartburn for Clinton as it emerged that Burson engages in union-busting.Hillary should prepare for more heartburn. Her chief strategist's newest client? The famed Blackwater USA, the military contractor behind innumerable scandals in Iraq.
PD toolbar!Frankly, expect this story to light up quickly. When it became clear that Penn was tied to union-busting operations, the dust-up took a little while to register. Penn eventually "recused" himself from that wing of the business (how a 'Worldwide CEO' recuses is a bit of a mystery; perhaps he became 'Nearly Worldwide CEO').
But this is a bigger story, mostly because there's a news hook, Blackwater is hiring the firm because they're in huge trouble right now, and no one doubts that part of these hiring decisions is buying influence.
Heck, when Karl Rove went to work for Bush, the future President made him give up his consulting firm. Why is Clinton unwilling to reign in her brain?

Come on! Stop thinking in terms of male and female and making comments like, "Wear a dress once in a while like a woman." What does this have to do with who is qualified and most importantly, the very important issues at hand? Are you REALLY going to vote based on your opinion of how a female candidate should dress? This is very small thinking!

What a sad state of affairs it is when a greatly flawed person such as Hillary, is considered Presidential material in the United States... Lower Slobovia? Well, maybe!.. To me it is disgusting?... She has come a long way down-hill... I view her as an evil, power hungry and completely corrupt person.
The Democrats have no one that I see that is qualified for the Presidency and I see very little on the Republican side that gives me any hope for our future.

dbermel, consider that most of what you know about the Clintons is the result of a deliberate smear campeign of lies and distortion. During the Clinton Presidency, there was a massive effort by his opponents to discredit him on a person level that largely succeeded in limiting his ability to govern. The same is now being directed at Hillary. If you don't believe me, ask yourself what Bill Clinton was shown to be guilty of, vs what he was accused of. Then go check the facts. The manipulation of political perception has been mastered by conservatives. Stop believing propaganda!

It would have been a lot better for America had Bill Clinton stayed in Russia or even England where he spent his time during the Vietnam War.
With that said it goes without saying that we would have never known Hillary either... What a blessing that would be.
