Plant Your Own Questions at Ten Questions
Tommy Christopher
With all the hubbub recently about planted questions, covered here by Brandon Barker and David Knowles, wouldn't it be great if you could plant your own question for a candidate? Well, that's just what you can do at the 10 Questions website.
The idea is to democratize debates by having people submit questions ion video, vote on which questions to make the candidates answer, then vote on their answers. Kind of a "Hot or Not" for candidates. I first heard of this on Afro-Netizen.com, but there is are lots of sponsoers, including the wonderful AOL.
In order for this to be truly reflective of the people, it's important that you at least vote on the questions, if not submit one, so that the debate isn't hijacked by one extreme or another, or by the stupid. I liked the sound of this guy's question. You tell me.
Today is the last day to submit a question, so get busy. Full details on how to submit are on the website. If you lack the ability to submit a question, post it in my comments section. I'll try to get it in for you, depending on how many I get. Fair deal?
If you post a question yourself, email me the link at JungJurks@comcast.net, and maybe I'll include it in a follow-up post. I'd at least be curious to see them.
