The corporate media has promoted corporate Democrats - Obama and Hillary - throughout this campaign season. Proving once again - the corporate media represents corporate interests - not The People's interest. Go Edwards!

While the press has tried to sell this as a two-person contest of star candidates, fortunately, Iowans are smart enough to look through the glitz.
Edwards is the one who can not only win in Iowa, he will win in November!

The candidate running against corporate interests controlling our government and our media is John Edwards. How ironic that the corporate media continues its unrelenting efforts to diminish the importance of returning the government to the people by electing this candidate.

John Edwards is the only one that I see that truely represents the people. With him we may have a middle class again. Not just rich or poor.

John Edwards is the only candidate that truely represents the people. With him we have hope for a middle class again. Not just the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.

Are you people from NC? I've lived here all of my life. He cares for your well being as much as gnat nipping at your neck. He actually stated this on a local tv station during a vacation at Figure Eight Island in NC. I come down here so I can go to the other beaches to see how the other half of America lives. If you didn't know Figure Eight has homes valued from 1.5 million to 10 million dollars. Enough said about the "Breck Boy".

John Edwards is a decent and honest man but I see him more as a vice president or senator then a president

Edwards was a horrible candidate as Kerry's VP candidate. He looked completely out of his element when debating Cheney.
He's still got great hair though, and maybe that's all that is needed these days. Ugh.

John Edwards is the only candiate that is telling it like it is. I suggest anyone with questions to pay attention to how Harry Trumman aproached his ideas on America. Keep telling it like it is John you will win the Presidency.

John Edwards is clearly the Democratic candidate that the Republicans most fear. Hopefully, the voters in Iowa will recognize that there are too many "Hillary haters" and rednecks out there so just won't vote for Obama.

To THP: To Your question. There is a difference between John Edwards and the rest of the rich. He has been on my side of the fence. His dad did not just give him the millions. He represents the American True Dream.

I agree w/Mgt. that obama & hilary are the same old, same old corporate types. Totally boring...they're both lawyers, for pete's sake.

I like John Edwards, I think he is the only honest man on the field. I don't think he has a snowballs chance in hell with the media, but I will vote for him if he makes it to my state. Otherwise, I can't tell the difference between Hillary and Romney.

It is up to the will of the people first and foremost. Having said that, it is my hope that they have seen through the corporate media they are being played with as they thrust both Clinton and Obama onto the electorate. I hope that Edwards does win and pulls an upset not only in Iowa, but New Hampshire as well. But, being an independent without party affiliation, I am hoping that Democrats as well as Republicans can give us candidates we all will feel comfortable in voting for and not the lesser of who cares.
Edwards reminds me of JFK in some ways and in others does not, has his own money, not bought by any corporate interests. Like Kennedy, he is ready to stand up to the entrenched power brokers. Hillary is just another extension of them. Edwards own upbringing was humble, if I am correct his father had to borrow $50 to bring him and his mother home from the hospital. Talk about a guy who came from way back and now does not forget from where he came. His life is what I hope my kids would emulate, work hard, never forget your roots or the people who helped you get ahead.

I think he has a chance. He will be no worse that the others especially hilary and obama, i guess they are trying to the orio cookie, only if mr obama thinks as vp he will have any say, he is sadly mistaken. he will be used if she get the ballot as a vote getter and then off to the closet with the rest of vp you go. she already has her vp she sleeps with. go john we may have a chance yet with a good old boy, he seems honest??
