Unfortunately, Hillary's experience extends mostly to passing bills that take from hard working Americans and gives to non-hard working Americans.

There are very few high-school drop outs that can't get a GED. There are very few high-school grads or GEDs that can't get an AA at a community college.

There are already TONS of government programs to help them get ahead. It's up to them to take advantage of it and not complain.
