'Accountable' - New McCain Ad

John McCain's campaign has a new ad out on the economy running in Iowa. The :30 second spot is titled "Accountable."

Clearly this ad takes on the distortions being aired by the DNC's negative attack. Which is also another negative attack that has gone unrebuked by Barack Obama, even though the major news organizations of cited the ad as being unfair and misleading.

Nevertheless, this is a good positive rejoinder by the McCain campaign.

The ad script reads:

JOHN MCCAIN: The great goal is to get the American economy running at full strength again - creating the opportunities Americans expect and the jobs Americans need.

ANNCR: As president, John McCain will make taxes simpler, fairer;

Energy cleaner, cheaper;

Health care portable and affordable;

Corporate CEOs accountable;

Mortgage debt restructured;

Big ideas for serious problems,

John McCain.
