Here is something that needs to be looked into.

In the past years I have witnessed and even been the victim of the abusive CPS system. In my case, my wife died and I was left with a 4-year old daughter. I had to have some help after my wife’s illness and death (I was 28). I went to Family Services and asked for help. While I was there, I was told to be aware that I was going to be watched because I was a single father with a daughter. I learned very quickly what that meant and put a stop to the harassment the first time it showed its ugly head.
Since that time, I have had the opportunity to help several other single parents keep the wolves at bay. I found that if a parent holds the agency to the law, the agents of the CPS will generally back down. This action must be done within the first 72 hours after the CPS agency takes custody. In every state I have worked in there must be a hearing or the children are to be returned within 72 hours of their removal. It is also true that CPS will often try to convince the parents that this does not include weekends or holidays. By case law and statute, it is 72 hours including weekends and holidays.
CPS, DYFS or whatever they want to call themselves, are the true terrorists in this country. They operate without impunity but claim that they are operating in the children’s best interest. The truth is, based on my observation and experience with these social workers (in Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona and Arkansas), they are in it for their own purpose. They do not comply with their own rules, state laws, or federal statutes unless they are forced to. It is very common to see these people fabricate evidence, destroy evidence, and manipulate judges and courts for their own purpose.
One major problem with the system in all states and commonwealths is that they are a secret society operating under the radar, controlling all the information that is released and threatening parents with statements like “you will never see your children again if you do not cooperate’. I have witnessed the playing of one parent against the other. If that is not an example of terrorism, then there is no such thing as terrorism. They operate under the same ideologies that Carl Marx, Stalin, Hitler, Saddam Hussein and even some of our current US politicians, have for our society.
It is time to get the government out of the family and bring God back into it. Every major religion has in their “Holy Text” the sanctity of the family.
Child abuse is a crime and it has been made a special class of crime. Physical abuse of any person is assault, and normally battery. It should be prosecuted as a crime no matter the age of the victim. In many jurisdictions child abuse is a lesser crime. The same rules of evidence and proof should be used in the CRIMINAL prosecution for these crimes. One problem is that family issues are generally classified as civil law. The burden of proof is less, and the oversight is generally nonexistent.
There is an old saying dating back to before 25 BCE, that is,
“To find the corruption, follow the money.” States and commonwealths are given money to support their CPS and a lot of the money comes from the Federal Government in the form of grants. One thing that has to be supplied in the grant application is the “needs”, so the more children they can take out of the families, the more money they can apply for and get. This supports a lot of people who cannot function up to their income level in any other way. I am speaking about the incompetent, the lazy, and the greedy. For the most part, all are a part of the bureaucracy that is the CPS system. It is all about the money; it has nothing to do with the welfare or sanctity of families or the children’s safety.
Jesus Christ has been quoted as saying “my people are cursed” and the reason He gave is because of the way the children are being treated. In the writings of the Jews, a father is cursed for abusing or neglecting his children. This same concept is in the Quran of Islam. It does not matter what religion these self-righteous CPS people claim, they violate their own God’s words. So how much more will they violate the law of the land?
There is so much more that needs to be said, but that will take volumes for just the notes. The bottom line is this, these agencies are wicked and evil no matter whom your God is.

Besides our many dead and wounded, and many thousands of Iraqi people including children, the war has just about bankrupted the US. The dollar, economy, and even military are all WEAKER ! Should we honor people responsible for hurting the US like that, or hang them [20 years in jail would be partial justice].

The war costs $ 1000 a SECOND, $ 360,000 an HOUR! It will make the US weaker while we pay back Red China for at least 20-30 years. And the Republicans have the gall to pretend they are the party of "strength, honor, character???"
