Finally, we have a woman speaking out about abortion, instead of a man, who does not have to shoulder the responsibility of a child, the life long responsibility. For any man, despite his background, can always walk away from that responsibility. And, they go

preventing a pregnancy isn't the same as terminating a pregnancy.

Finally, in my lifetime; and I did not think I would see it, a peson is commenting on abortion issue's, who is actually a WOMAN. I never truly felt that this should be a political issue but religious fanaticals made it one, people no better than the Taliban, trying to force their religious views on the women of America. Men who need not shoulder the responsibility of a child, who can snd do simply walk away from the responsibilty, time and time again, so they can scream out against abortion.
The Christian Coalition is no better than the Taliban, no better than Al-Quida, for they attempt to force their religious views on many innocent people. They are the enemy of the state, and should be in Quantanamo Bay Prison, what is taking you ignorant american public so long to recoginze this?

Planned Parenthood gets attacked all the time because many equate birth control to abortions. The majority of people that go to planned parenthood are those looking for birth control so that there is no pregnancy. Wish people would understand the importance of the availabilty of birth control.

I don't use birth control because I'm Catholic and it's against my religion but this is about a pharmaceutical drug to prevent pregnancy - thereby preventing the need for abortion. Take birth control away and you've opened up an even bigger can of worms in regards to abortion which I AM against and don't believe should be federally funded but birth control???? Please let the irresponsible have birth control!!!!!!!!

And, I don't agree with that Planned Parenthood comment. Planned Parenthood doesn't get "attacked" for providing birth control. They come under fire because they promote abortion as a form of birth control and there have been several articles, nationwide, recently about Planned Parenthood's tendency to push for abortion (for monetary gain and women dying at the unqualified hands of specific Planned Parenthood doctor's - - -- - google it, the media doesn't like public awareness when it comes to stories such as these) instead of supporting and counseling women to make the best choice for themselves.

There was a time when many of us were open minded and willing to listen to those in the anti-abortion camp.
