David KnowlesBlack Reporter Removed from McCain Event
A strange story out of Panama City, Florida this week. Via the Tallahassee Democrat (which is the name of the newspaper in Florida's capital):
Tallahassee Democrat senior writer Stephen Price on Friday was singled out and asked to leave a media area at the Panama City rally of presidential candidate Sen. John McCain.
Price was among at least three other reporters, and the only black reporter, surrounding McCain's campaign bus--Gov. Charlie Crist and his fiancee, Carole Rome, were already aboard--when a member of the Arizona senator's security detail asked the reporter to identify himself. Price had shown his media credentials to enter the area.
Without explanation, Price was asked to leave. And when another reporter asked the Secret Service detail why Price was being kicked out, she, too, was removed from the area.
Jonathan Block, a member of McCain's advance team later said the following of the incident:
"At the end of the day, your reporter was in the wrong place. I do not know why the other reporters were not moved. The rest of the local press should have been moved as well."

Someone just sent me this link to a comprehensive video covering Barack Obama. In it...is a complete history of where he came from, what he thinks, things he's said (in his OWN voice) and I'm sure he hoped that they would be lost and forgotten forever, but someone has captured them and put them on this shocking video for all to see and hear. That's great! First McCain wants to send "surge" troops into crime areas of cities, and now he's trying to stifle Freedom of the Press. You thought the Bush administration was bad? You ain't seen nothin' yet.

So what,evidently the secret service had a good reason or the McCain camp. I am a black man this is all to do about nothing.The story is more than likely not true or it is not the whole story.BHO has played the race card from the bottom of the deck all election season.I sick and damn tired as a black person of trying to be pressured into voting for a man(BHO)whom I can not stand!The media never mentions the 10 per cent of blacks not voting for the Chicago dogcatcher!I AM MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!VOTE MCCAIN 2008!!!

BHO hasn't been playing the race card...lol, no one's playing any cards between McCain and Obama, unless you toss the media into the mix. The media twists and torques every last detail until it is something that is public-responsive, but you know that don't you? Being a black man frustrated by the conclusions drawn up by the white media...as A BLACK MAN im frustrated with BLACK MEN like you.
If you honestly believe that McCain doesn't want to run a similar administration to GWB's, listen to what that man says. Unless that's what you want then I mean, go McCain. But if you want to witness some new shit...literal change in the white house and the direction this country is headed...vote Obama 2008

How do we know he was removed because he was black? This is a rediculous story. I'm a McCain supporter, but I hope to god people pick their president not because of the color of their skin but because of the way they will lead this country. It will be a sad day for America if the only reason Obama loses is because of the color of his skin.
