The Left has nicknamed him "
Traitor Joe" for bolting from the party and time and again supporting the Bush administration. The Right warns he'll
destroy the conservative movement if he's put on the ticket. HIs approval rating has fallen to an
all time low in his home state of Connecticut. And yet
John McCain may yet select
Joe Lieberman as his running mate.

will speak at the GOP convention, as a guy that many people will be excited about.
Though McCain has reportedly already decided who he'll select for his VP (to be announced on his 72nd birthday), the question today regards the former Democratic vice-presidential nominee.
