John McCain's campaign is airing a new :30 second spot titled "Debra." The spot features a Debra Bartoshevich a self-proclaimed Hillary Clinton supporter turned McCain voter.
Barack Obama's campaign calls the spot a stunt and a distraction. They're probably right on the stunt part but stunt's can have a political impact!
Contrasting with other spots in current rotation, this ad is at least positive in tone.
The ad's script reads

The ad's script reads
DEBRA BARTOSHEVICH: I'm a proud Hillary Clinton Democrat.
She had the experience and judgment to be President.
Now, in a first for me, I'm supporting a Republican, John McCain.
I respect his maverick and independent streak, and now he's the one with the experience and judgment.
A lot of Democrats will vote McCain. It's okay, really!
JOHN MCCAIN: I'm John McCain and I approved this message.
