Hillary's speech was a great speech to set her up for 2012, but did nothing for Barack Obama. It was based on the issues and what she stood for, hence the support for the ticket. She NEVER endorsed Obama on a personal level, or suggested he would be a great commander in chief. That's because she knows he wouldn't, and there is no reason to waste political capital on a sinking ship. She needs to get Barack out of the way to clear the path for her in 2012.
No Way, No How, No OBAMA! McCain 2008

Hillary was fantastic, as we all should have expected. You can't blame her for not convincing me to vote for obama. Obama made a huge strategic mistake. He once again demonstrated his arrogance and showed off his inexperience by refusing to bring both President Clinton and Senator Clinton onto his team. More importantly, he is an idiot for believing his own self created mythology. This may be the first time a convention does not create the expected bump in Polls. A truly historic event! His approach so far has been disastrous and the Dems have no one to fault but themselves. The myth that this guy can bring people together is finally seeing the light of day. He doesn't even try when it's hard. This is a guy who has been dependent upon the easy low hanging fruit where he can do nothing and take credit for everything. Pelosi, Reid, Daschle and Dean and all due respect Ted Kennedy, placed a big bet on an unknown, unproven, inexperienced and self fascinated B.S.ing guy with the shallowest resume I have ever seen in a presidential candidate.

Sad to see two obvious Democrats show their true colors. Obama stands for most of the things Hillary stands for, few, if any, of the things McCain and his party stand for, yet due to personal issues having nothing to do with the strength and integrity of Obama, these voters will assist the Republicans in their continued path of destructive economic and international policy for this country.
Remember, if you do not vote, that is a "vote", almost as bad as if you voted for the other person. Wonder if all the Nader voters last time realize that more than anyone in this country, they helped elect Bush.

Everyone should stop trashing Hillary and Obama. If you like Obama, then this is the way you should vote. If you like McCain, then vote for him. If you are undecided, then stay at home!

Maybe Mr Obama needs to grow up and take responsibility for winning his own campaign. This blame game that he keeps playing is really getting old!

The 2008 Democrats might just be the worst party in the history of political parties! Bush has the lowest approval rating in history, Democrats are going to have near record numbers of Congressional seats after this election, and they are still split on voting for president, because they couldn't get their girl into the White House! Stella, if you are really a Democrat, which I doubt, and if there really are 20 - 30% of Democrats like you, your plan of waiting for 2012 is the worst plan of all time! Any plan that wishes to see our country fail, so that their favorite girl gets to be president is Un-American. Please move to Russia, China, or France.

She did what she had to do. After what he did to her he's lucky he got anything from her. It just shows that she's the one with class. God help us if this man wins the presidency. Just the thought of looking at him and an angry Michelle Obama for 4 years makes me want to leave this country. I'm a a Hillary supporter who will be voting for McCain.

Hilleryis the better choive for V.P. and I do believe after her speech last night, Joe Biden should drop out of the running for our country's sake. Without Hillery, our country will still be DEVIDED..and get 4 more years of the same. It Scares me!!!

Women voting for McCain is comparable to Jews voting for Hitler. Think of your daughters and grand daughters. Do they not deserve equal pay for equal work? Do they not deserve to control their own reproductive futures (and I'm speaking of the ability to get birth control here, which Bush/McCain wants reclassified as "abortion)? C'mon ladies, let's rally together and ensure future generations will not be held back by an old man and his buddies! Let's vote Obama and make sure women's rights continue to march forward!

Women, stand up! McCain is not an option for us! As Hillary herself said last night, "Were you in this campaign just for me?" Think of your daughters. We need health care reform, we don't want to reignite the cold war and we must ensure that our hard fought battles for equal rights/equal pay and reproductive freedom aren't rolled back because our first choice isn't the candidate. LET'S UNITE!!

How dare you even mention Hitler in the same sentance with a hero.
This is why you idiots just dont get it, your calling him names that are completely wrong and should not be written.
I think if you vote for Obammma you will be voting for Kunte Kinta whose mother was raped by a black african and has the morals of a rat.
Use other words when describing the next president of the united states, I'm sure it looks much better with a McCain then a Hussain

I don't understand why is it that We Democrats always expect other people to do our work for us. It is Obama's campaign, so why is Hilary suppose to win it for him??? if he is "The One" for the presidency then he should win it by doing the work. Does anyone see McCain complaining that Romney is not helping him win republicans. And he does need the help. The reason I don't support Obama is because when I read his agenda on HIS web site it didn't tell me anything. It is all general information to satisfy in general to everyone. Some of the stuff contradicts itself. Another thing, how am I suppose to believe that his DIPLOMACY will persuade Iran, Russia, North Korea, etc., when he is NOT ABLE to persuade the rest of us Democrats. I was a Hillary supporter and I believed in her not because someone won me over for her she did it herself and I expect no less from Obama. As for now he is far from it because I just don't vote for different, new, fresh, hope, but rather for who stands for the Democratic principals, who will bring to the table reasonable policies, who will work hard to make the USA as a standard not use the world. I will vote for a candidate that will realize that the USA is a great country and that sometimes the right thing to do is not what the world wants but what the country needs. And I am a democrat, not because I am a minority, not because my all my family is democrat, not because I'm a woman but because I do believe on the Democratic principals of the party. So don't blame Hilary for not doing Obamas job. The responsibility of persuading me, convincing me, winning me over is HIS and the running VP and stop looking for someone to blame if he hasn't been able to deliver. Don't use Hilary as an escape got. It's not about race or Hilary or anything else... it is him and his policies. HILLARY 2012 =)

That's what wrong with this election. On one side, you have Joan, trying to be Madonna comparing a war hero to a facist leader who killed millions of Jews. On the other side, you have racist Grant who thinks that when black men marry white women, they are rapists. We in the middle need to look at the issues, and vote for McCain so our taxes don't skyrocket.
