Ironically McCain used the same phrase to describe Hillary's healthcare plan and I didn't see any of these meatheads coming out to ask for apology. The last thing Obama should is apologize. When you apologize for something then you're admitting guilt but he is no more guilty of using the phrase to decribe McCain's new mantra of change than McCain used it to describe Hillary's healthcare plan. I think Obama campaign should the same ad that McCain is running about this but instead of inserting Obama, they should insert John McCain where he was uttering the same phrase.

I'm pretty sure that any woman who shows up in any hospital ER after a rape is billed for the visit. And a rape kit would be included in that charge with any other testing that is done.

Get a life. Towns have a big enough burden to bare alrady and if charging for the kit was a way to eliviate that expense then so be it. If the same person went to a hospital which many small towns do require the bill goes to the patient, unless the person is a convicted criminal then the state is forced to bare the burden of the health care.

I think it is funny that liberals are OK with killing an unborn and innoscent child, but when the state goes to carry out death as a capital punishment you all are up in arms to defend whomever it may be no matter what crime they commented as wrong.
