Palinism of the Day
Ad Minister: (noun) A minister whom you put, or would like to put, into a political advertisement. (see J. Wright, T. Muthee, J. Hagee)
October 5, 2008 - Another day, another clip from Fox News' Katie Couric Make-up Quiz. (No, not that kind of makeup.) In this installment, Sarah Palin is asked about her opinions on executive power, particularly whether she agrees with Bush and Cheney. It isn't an obscure, left-field question. The theory of the unitary executive has been a hot-button topic for much of the current administration.
Here's Palin's answer, followed by a Political Machine Exclusive, Palin's prep material for the interview, leaked directly to me by a source. I'm not saying that the source was McCain spokesman Brian Rogers.
