Well we knew the swift boaters where coming. I cant see how a republican can form his lips to say that anyone other than them is dangerous. Our fellow Americans thought it was cute to see Bush talk tough and go it along. He considered himself a cowboy. Now the self described Mavrick who is a conpassonite conservative and like Bush invokes Reagan any and every chance he can wants to use change as a conpaign slogan. It is as bad as I have ever seen it in my lifetime. Soldiers are tired of being the police of the world.(Bushwhacked 2000)We have 0 credibility in the world. Some have ruined the hopes and asperations of the many and we have been unwilling participants in the sadest days in the history of our great country. And as an x OIF vet I cant tell you that civilian deaths were looked on as collateral damage nothing more. So if you try and kill 1 terroist and end up killing 60 civilians (women and children) it was ok because its us against them. That is why so many of our bravest come home and committ suicide because of things they witnessed and did not have the courage to change. Top that with 15 month deployments and a culture in the military that looks down on people who seek help and you have the perfect storm. Have we killed 1000's of civilians accidently? That is rhetorical question. I have lived in Arizona for 21 years and have voted mostly Republican but NEVER voted for McCain. Just could never stomach him since the Keating 5 scandal. I don't want him to be my senator much less my president.

Barack Obama's campaign "smacks" of too much that is sneaky or downright criminal. The same was true of the Bush Administration. As it turned out Bush and his far right base were completely out of touch with mainstream America just as Obama's far left base will be. So, here we are standing on the brink of exchanging one extreme form of greed and corruption for another.

When will voters understand that both far right and far left political philosophies are equally dangerous to the stability of our government and that one can not occur without having suffered the consequences of other? Both are equally destructive and will not serve to put the country back on track.
The answer to this dilemma has always been somewhere in the middle. Bush and his administration could not or would not find middle ground and its becoming more evident that Obama and Biden, first and third most liberal Senators in the US Senate won’t see the forest for the trees.

Our country is in desperate need of reform and we need it now. John McCain and Sarah Palin are running on records of proven reform. Barack Obama and Joe Biden are running a campaign of partisan politics as usual. The time has come to free ourselves of the ideological stranglehold of both the left and right factions of Democrats and Republicans.
If ever in the history of our government there was an imperative need to vote the person and not the Party, the time is now. It will be a bitter pill for some to swallow, but if you think of it as medicine for a healthier America it will go down a lot easier.

Obama just may be right about the U.S. military being in Afghanistan just air-raiding villages, because on 60 Minutes yesterday they exposed a story of a top secret military force called, The Delta Force, that George Bush sent to Afghanistan to capture and kill Bin Laden right after the 911 attack. The leader of that group says that he became very frustrated about the operation because every time his group, with the assistance of Afghan allies, felt that they had pinpointed Bin Laden's location and notified military headquarters that they were going to attack, headquarters disapproved every attempt they made to capture Bin Laden. And as a result of them not being allowed to attack the Taliban, the Taliban were able to move into Pakistan, making it more difficult to stop them. The leader of the Delta Force wrote a book describing all that happened during the deployment of their operation. I forgot the name of it, so view 60 Minutes to get the title. I always wondered how could the U.S. military not find Bin Laden in all this time, after George Bush announced on tv that the military has such high tech military Intelligence that they could see a quarter on the ground in Iraq, but not see big tall Bin Laden among the hills, or all the drug dealers ravaging American neighborhoods, whether those drug dealers are whites, Arabs, or blacks. The other thing I wondered is, why would an order be sent out to kill Bin Laden, instead of capturing, questioning, and imprisoning him. The loss of freedom and the ability to pursue your goals is more painful than death. It made me wonder is there some information that Bush didn't want Bin Laden to reveal. And the last thing I wondered about is how Bush offered such a huge multi-million dollar reward for the capture of Bin Laden, and yet, no one has turned him in or captured him. Oh, the leader of the Delta Force said they were not allowed to attack or capture Bin Laden. Why?

For eight years the republican's minds stayed on war, while they refused to deal with the issues facing Americans, refused to regulate the lending institutions along with Wall Street, while the cost of living for the average Americans escalated into despair. And now the ones who can least afford to give up anymore of their hard earned income have to pay for the bailout of these greedy insensitive people, who have assessed astronomical late fees on loans (not caring what calamities we may face here on earth), especially when so many jobs have been seen to other countries, and so many factories have had to close. Now we have to pay for those fees, and their other mis-doings. The fact that McCain had to pull out of Michigan and so many other states is because we average income republicans are sick and tired of all the bullshit. I want to know where is the $785 billion dollars that these companies have lost. Who has it?
As far as peace on earth, people need to live according to the teachings of Jesus and pray for peace. There was a time when I had violent problems from people in my neighborhood, and I prayed for peace, and before long it was so peaceful in my neighborhood that I could hear the birds singing.
