'FOCA' - New FRC Ad

The Family Research Council has a new :30 ad airing Colorado, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania. It's titled FOCA which stands for Freedom Of Choice Act.
As interests groups go, Family Research Council is like all the others. They have membership to address and a set of issues to focus upon.
But TV is not a targeted medium, unlike e-mails, mailings, door-to-door or phone calls.
One wonders, on both Left and Right, if some interest groups are simply doing what they always do. Voicing their issues in the same old way, without any regard to the historic dynamics of the country and the issue-set that is dominant. Tone sensitivity is sometimes difficult to hold while you're in the middle of a fight.
