Obama/Biden 08 and 12

This does not surprise or bother me at all. I'm sure as an Alaskan Gov she didn't have much need for many dress suits, certainly not enough for the campaign trail. She seems more the type that would have had her closet filled with more practical clothes (I'll bet she has alot of L.L.Bean!). What she wore in the 'welcome sucessionist' video shows that. And she probably has Cindy arranging her wardrobe, LOL! Actually, thats not that much $$ if you consider that. Sheesh TC! You obviously are out of touch with the price of women's apparel today LOL!

I was looking at a batch of pictures of the Al Smith dinner on Yahoo and lo and behold!!!!!!! NO MICHELLEe.

Could it be she didn't want to be in the same room with a bunch of white guys?

The "people's ticket" ordered a little snack from room service at the Waldorf, as the N.Y. Post's page Six reports:

While he was at a meeting at the Waldorf-Astoria at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Michelle Obama called room service and ordered lobster hors d'oeuvres, two whole steamed lobsters, Iranian caviar and champagne, a tipster told Page Six.

I'd guess the bill for that snack came in at around $350 OR MORE. Iranian caviar ain't cheap — even if you negotiate for it yourself. What the hell . . . Your campaign contributions (soon to be your tax dollars) at work.

Obama’s Hawaii

Yes, Barack Obama, his family and friends enjoyed a posh vacation in Hawaii. It was reported that they stayed in an 11-bedroom beach front home in a ritzy Honolulu suburb. He played two rounds of golf. He dined at swanky restaurants, and one renowned chef even created a menu just for Obama’s party.

But then there’s the Hawaii of Barack Obama’s youth, which - save for his attendance at one of the Island’s oldest and most expensive schools thanks to a scholarship - was a little more modest.

Barry Obama, as he was known, lived in a home on Wilder Street as a youth - an area that aspires to be solidly middle class.

MIGHT ONE WONDER? How he can afford "posh" on a Senator's salary and another question?

Who are Barack Obama's "friends". I thought they were all under the bus.

And I just listened to her on CNN talking among other things, socialism. Now I understand why the McCain/Palin supporters are having such a hard time understanding socialism--their own candidates don't understand it! This woman has got to go!

Why won't the media leave Sarah Palin alone on these petty issues? Talk about the money Obama allocated to ACORN instead, so that Duran Duran and Mickey Mouse could become registered democrats and fraudulently vote early.

NJ -- Barack Obama maintains a lead over John McCain in the latest Gallup Poll Daily tracking update from Saturday through Monday; the size of the lead varies between seven and 10 percentage points among likely voters, depending on turnout assumptions.

Among all registered voters, there has been fairly little variation in recent days, with Obama receiving between 50% and 52% of the vote over the last five reports and McCain in a range between 41% and 43%. In the current three-day rolling average of registered voters Obama remains ahead by 52% to 41%, exactly the same as Monday's update.

Again the Republicans are shown for what they really out, rip off artists. It doesn't surprise me about Palin, she was never up to the task, the real middle class American people (not Joe the Plumber) realize who the real leaders are and it isn't Palin and McCain, shame on McCain for choosing such a weak running mate - a real embarrassment for all American women!

Who cares, haven't you people ever heard of 'parting gifts'.

So, let's make a big deal about Sarah exhibiting her family's importance by bringing them on the campaign trail. Let's make a big deal about her wardrobe. What if campaign dollars contributed to her 2 or 3 suits she is wearing. I haven't seen her outfits to be extravagant or eccentric, but very business-like. Looks very conservative to me. Remember Bill Clinton's extravagant haircut? What about Hillary? Do you think her campaign might have contributed to her pantsuit expense?

Palin....a breath of fresh air. Real life experience in not only raising a family, but in taking on national politics that will influence the future of not only you and your children's future, but her own children. She is incredible! No wonder the Democrats are trying to slam her. She bucks the system, and we trust her. She's one of us!

Barack Obama collected $150 Million in donations in September alone! Maybe Barack can "Spread the wealth" and pay Sarah's makeover wardrobe!

The Obama campaign took in $150 million in September. Did it come from struggling, middle class Americans? Can anyone say Middle East? But, lets talk about Sarah Palin. Tommy Christopher and David Knowles are pathetic!

Anyone who thinks ginning up phony issues and stoking the fire of hatred is good for the country is a fool. Topping the list are amateur opinion writers Tommy Christopher and David Knowles. They use every opportunity to stoke the fires of controversy. The AOL reporter wanabees have no idea what could result from their adolescent behavior. Their actions will have unintended consequences. Like most cowards, they view their invisible presence as a source of power. Neither would know what to do if they did not have keyboards to hide behind.

So keep pouring gasoline on the fire, children. You may give your mainstream press friends some great stories. Keep stoking those fires David, keep stoking the fires.

Take donations from hard working Americans and spend them on clothing, hair & makeup. Now that's a great example of socialism.
