Former Georgia Congressman, and Libertarian candidate for president, Bob Barr made a stunning prediction this week: Barack Obama will beat John McCain in the deep red state that Barr once represented.
That idea is very hard for some Republicans to take seriously. After all, George W. Bush took Georgia by a margin of 16.7% in '04. But Obama has been steadily chipping away at McCain's lead. Witness the latest trend line from Pollster:
Early voting is proving a huge asset to Obama. It remains to be seen whether these lines will continue in their present direction, but we now have our first poll showing Obama with the lead over the past two months. Sensing momentum, Obama has decided to send in volunteers to make a coordinated effort to take back the "Peach State."

I'd been thinking awhile that he may take another shot at Georgia. He may or may not win there... but bringing it in close would be a big statement, imho- and a predictor of things to come, too.
My sister lives there, she has always voted Republican. I haven't asked her specifically about this election... though have a feeling she may, for the first time, switch allegiance. This would most likely be due to several factors; not the least of which is health care. She would survive McCain's plan just fine, but realizes what it would do to me and others in my circumstances... she happens to want me hanging around awhile (hey, what are sisters for, anyway (^.^) !)

I always knew that if I ever have the chance to move out of Georgia's neighboring state(SC) that I would move to either Georgia or North Carolina. Both states have nicer EVERYTHING! Unlike backwards/STUPID state I live in now!

One tax that people are likely to ignore is corporate income tax. And the reason is simple: most who pay corporate income taxes aren't even aware that they exist..
Most people think that corporate taxes are paid by the wealthy, anonymous companies. But as economist have been teaching for centuries the people bear the burden of corporate taxes, and not the companies..
Now lets look at who pays some of the largest share of this tax burden.. One of the surprising findings done by the Tax foundation is that the lowest income households bear large share of the corporate tax burden..
In total, the poorest of households pay more in corporate income taxes each year then they pay in individual income taxes to the IRS..
Obama has been running a con game on you my friend to make you think that your taxes will be low..But in reality sorry that's not tue..
Here's an example...
House holds earning $ 23,700 paid 271 in corporate taxes compared to just $167 in individual taxes.. Most people never even knew you paid it..
As a share of the burden, corporate taxes were 6.3 percent of the low income households tax bills camapred to just 4 percent for individual taxes..
The only tax that hits low income familes harder is the federal payroll tax which is designed to pay Social Security, and Medicare..
What this means is that cutting corpate tax rates is not about handing out money to US companies. It's about providing relief to American familes, much of which will provide enormous benefits to the nations lowest income wage earners..

Obama began stammering and stuttering and in one of the most revealing moments of the election, Obamas lack of understanding of the economy and taxes was made clear. Obama was unable to rely on a canned teleprompter response.
Corporations are primarily taxed three ways. Once on the corporate income, next on dividends and then on the sale of stock. If you are a retiree and own stock, you will have less money because the corporation will have less profit and if you sell the stock you will pay more tax on the sale.
The US corporate business tax system is an anachronism that discourages growth and undermines job creations..High tax rates drive jobs and investments abroad.
Government is extremely inefficient. $ 1,000 taken from a business will remove money that drives the economy, creates more jobs and ultimately brings more revenue for the government. That $ 1,000 will be wasted in government bureacracy and overhead.
Obama is using this old lie to appeal to his core support that is promised everything by politicians that use them to win elections.

The real story to cover is SATANIST supporting and Promoting Obama on youtube. WHY? Maybe because his Black Theology under James H. Cones believes," Any GOD that doesn't work for the DESTRUCTION of the White enemy should be KILLED." SO this would mean Jesus and Christianity should be killed.

He stood silent early in his campgain before he became popular when his Pastor mocked the death of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Obama did not apologize to the parents. Obama did not apologize to White People. He waited and the media did not make a big deal of it because he was still a small fry. Now he and BIDEN cut off stations like recently in Florida that don't ask them baby questions so the media is afraid to ask Obama the tough stuff. They are afraid they will lose MONEY in advertising. I live in a residence where everyone but me is a Republican. They are certain that Obama is a terrorist, and Al Quaida sp? ties, and would be a disaster for this country. I'm thinking what if they're right? And what if Obama is a Muslim? He seems just too good to be true. Remember the old adage? If something's too good to be true, it probably isn't true. But again, I fear McCain would strip down entitlement programs for the poorest of us, myself included. His plans would make Medicare and Medicaid a skeleton of its former selves. Imagine if our health care were taxed? In my mind, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place in this election. Damned if I do, Damned if I don't. I sure wish there was a strong viable third party candidate to vote for.

Okay, all you fine people that want to vote for Obama. Bad news. He wants to stop people over age 70.5 from withdrawing from their 401K plans. Read the latest news. This is no hoax. This means that those of us who WORKED our ass off and saved because we never trusted the Democrats are doomed. The old white men who employ the blacks are getting the royal shaft.
