According to Times Online (via HuffPo) Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin is looking at a likely book deal that will get her upwards of $7 Million.
That is a lot of walking around money for a simple hockey mom from Wasilla, and will likely give her the confidence she needs to make it through another Katie Couric interview.
I am no fan of hers, but other politicians certainly write books that make them millions. Palin has every right to do the same. My guess is she will use some of the money to finance a presidential run in 2012 - as she has no idea if the establishment GOP will help her with money or not. Still, Palin has a long way to go before she goes back on the national stage as a candidate - she lacks substantive knowledge about issues and her politics are too far to the right for most Americans.

Nice liberal spin on the list of items to be purchased...except for one thing: The feelig of bein a proud, Conservative American. Priceless!

the state of this economy - it is ridiculous that a presidential candidate is getting 7 million dollars for a book deal and people are losing their healthcare and education money

Good. I hope she gets the deal. She deserves every penny.
Now, after this post, watch all of the nasty (and what they think are "funny") things people will have to say...moose-this/that...such original sayings...it has gotten SOOO OLD....
You go, Sarah. More power to you. And I'm sure it will come.

Oh, good. Books by people who don't read for other people who don't read. Just promise we won't be asked to bail out the publisher when they go broke.
