Is Obama Really The President?

You may ask, "Why do you ask?" Here's why: (from Crooks and Liars)

Obama and his family addressed an assembly of children screaming with delight at St. Columbanus Elementary School, asking them what would be eating at Thanksgiving as they applauded and cheered. One held a sign reading, "We love our Prez."

"I'm not president yet, I've been elected president," Obama said. "But I'm going to be sworn in as president on January 20th."

This takes Barack Obama's insistence that he's not the President yet from "drinking game" to "methinks the POTUS-Elect doth protest too much." Like when a guy tells you one too many times that he's not just trying to get into your pants, you begin to hear alarm bells.

In tandem with Obama's constant reassurances that there is only one President at a time, I can only conclude that, not only has Barack Obama been secretly sworn in (sample swearing in: "You're President, A**hole!"), but so has his identical, evil twin.

Quick side-note: A typo in the original version of that headline gave me the genius idea of an Obama neck-candy-dispensing device called The PEZident. I demand royalties. A typo in that last sentence, meanwhile, leads me to wonder if I have the feet of a king, or just royal toes.
