If Obama was born in Hawaii as he asserts that he was, why doesn't he just produce the original birth certificate and have it done with? Our first presidents were of course, not born here in America, but later the Constitution was amended to require Presidents be naturalized citizens to protect our country from outside influences. The governor of California is banned from the Presidency because of this requirement. If Obama is NOT a naturalized American citizen, then he has not right to be our President. If he has hidden this information, he should be held responsible for it.

...the law is the law and that's why we have courts...the courts will sort it out...even obama supporters should want this cleared up...those who don't--on either side of the argument--have no respect for the rule of law and should be condemned as such.

I live up the street from the hospital where Obama was born. There was an announcement in the local paper also. This is the most awesome bit of 'nothing'....hope they photograph all the nuts who are keeping this alive.

It's already been proved that the COLB, which is not the same as birth Cert. and anyone can get one, that was displayed on his websites are fakes. This has been proven by forensic specialist. But, it's not about the BC. He had one parent who was not a US citizen. This disqualifies him from being a Natural Born Citizen. Let me ask you something else, if he wasnt' born in Kenya, then why has the government of Kenya sealed his records? I don't care about his race. The truth is that he's less "black" than I am--his African American black race is only 3% of his race!
