Open for Questions is a subsection of Barack Obama's change.gov website in which users can ask anything they want of the President-Elect. The community then votes the questions up or down, kind of like the popular bookmarking sites Digg and Reddit. Presumably, if a question is voted up, it is answered.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of questions about Obama's connection to Rod Blagojevich, but as a commenter named "Obamanible Snowman" notes:

By "censor" this "Citizen of the World" actually means that the community is flagging these questions (like his) as "inappropriate." A search for Blagojevich or "Blago" is also enlightening. The vast majority of Blago-related questions on the site ask why Obama is "censoring" questions, and a majority of those are simply cut and pasted repeats. Here's a sampling of the mind-numbing repetition:
"Is Obama aware of any communications in the last six weeks between Rod Blagojevich or anyone representing Rod Blagojevich and any of Obama's top aides?"carpediem365, ohio
"In light of the recent scandals surrounding Blagojevich, it is crucial to know that your Administration is ethical. Will you release any tapes, transcripts or emails of all conversations between Blagojevich and any member of your staff?"

"Will you explain your true connection to all your corrupt buddies? A picture is worth a thousand words. http://baarswestside.blogspot.
com/2008/07/obama-and-blagojevich.html if this is not adoring enough of you then i guess it must be flagged."

G
enuinely inappropriate questions, however, aren't seeing the light of day either, and that's a shame because some of them are pretty darn funny. Here are a few favorites:
"Are you less corrupt than, more corrupt than, or equally corrupt as Governor Blagojevich?"
henrybaker, texas

"Will you pardon Gov. Blagojevich?"
Widener Law Student, PA

"Why did you lie about your office speaking to Blagojevich about your replacement for Senate? How do you explain the fact that one of your campaign chairs seems to be right in the middle of paying for the appointment? Are your hands really clean?"
NanInBoston, CA

"Will your first act as President be to pardon Governor Blagojevich and will you pardon Mr Rezko and Jesse Jackson Jr while you're at it?"
Jim, Boston

"Obviously, We have been hoodwinked....Obama has lied about talking to Bagojevich. Can prophylactic impeachment proceedings be started to avoid a national crisis?"
BB

"Will Slick Barry pardon Hot Rod Blagojevich?"
Figueroa Slim, CA
And my absolute favorites.
"Are you going to send your buddy Blagojevich some soap on a rope?"
Joe, usa

"Rod Blagojevich?"
Bud, Naples
