On tonight's Unusable Signal, we will reveal all of the untold details from the feud that RedState Director and Editor
Erick Erickson picked with me while I was just minding my own business. We may even take some phone calls at 347-677-1645.
For those unfamiliar with the flap, I wrote a piece of commentary about conservative reaction to the Chip Saltsman controversy. Saltsman is defending his gift of a CD that contains songs like "Barack the Magic Negro" and "The Star Spanglish Banner."
Included in that commentary was a passage about Erickson's defense of the song. I provided respectful, substantive support for my criticism. His response was to post a factually inaccurate rebuttal, replete with the worst kinds of personal insults. I responded with a correction, and a few light-hearted, non-personal jabs (that were actually funny).
What happened next will be the subject of tonight's show. We'll get into the threats, the insults, the attacks on my family, that Erick Erickson participated in and encouraged, things that are against RedState's own moderation policy. Plus, will we have a special reading of Erickson's apology letter to me? Tune in to find out.
We'll also talk about the news of the week, and we'll take calls from listeners.
The show starts at 11pm EDT. You can listen below, or click here to listen on BlogTalkRadio.
Update: Erick's apology letter after the jump.

Dear Tommy,I think Erick is turning me around about this whole satire thing. Fun stuff.
Dear. heh heh. Dear dear dear dear dear dear dear dear dear...
I'm writing to you to say you how sorry I are. I was only mad because you are a gooder writer than me. Maybe you can give me some pointers if you get a chance.
Please dont be mad, and keep sending me traffic. It been our goodest week ever. Also, you made a very funny joke about $1.50 in ad revenue. Do you know how I can get some ad revenue? Any help would be super-good.
You also saided you was our bestest writer, but you not write for RedState, bussept once. Me not get it. You too smart to make mistake like that.
Anywhap, me sorry.
Sin City,
Erick Erickson
