The public may not approve of the federal domestic auto loans, but General Motors is still providing the wheels our president rolls on.

Today the Secret Service announced it will be using a new vehicle for America's top executive, starting at he January 20th Inauguration. 'The Beast,' a 2009 Cadillac Presidential Limousine, replaces a 2006 model currently in service.

Limo One comes with hand-stitched interior leather and a 10-disc CD player. No word on an iPod jack. With bullet proof glass, chemically sealed environment and undisclosed horsepower, it's sure to be smooth ride for the incoming president.

GM has been providing the most Presidential wheels since 1983 when it edged Ford the previous provider who had provided White House rides since its 1930 v12 for Franklin Roosevelt.
