FACT: Chief Justice John G. Roberts has agreed to hear Bowen vs
Lightfoot. A case challenging the constitutional qualifications of
Barak H. Obama to be POTUS. Check the court Docket.

Comment- If he did not think we have a problem he would not hear
this issue let alone give it to the full court to read. He does not
want to look dumb after all he is the Chief

FACT; Congress did not listen and hear this very loud signal he sent
them yesterday but it
rang a shot through the Command of the United States Armed Forces
more like a loud bomb.

FACT: Unfortunately you will have to take this as true on its merits

will assure you they, myself included as a military officer take the
constitution very
seriously and our Joint Chiefs of staff are not stupid people.

FACT: If only ONE of the Joint Chiefs of Staff balks we loose a
whole arm of our military. He can not nor will not give the order to
move if he has a reason to question the validity of that order and
Chief Justice Roberts has Just told him by agreeing to hear this case
he does.

I think you need to stop doing what you are doing NOW
and join us in demanding congress to recall and settle this issue .

important.


This is not about sore losers, this is not about race. This about the
very foundations of our Nation and the defending the Constitution.
This is not about fear of change. I for one do not fear change but
only fear change that is not given the careful consideration our
founding fathers would have afforded it. This is about America and
the ability of our military to defend her and possibly much more as
I, a US military officer,
am just beginning myself to see the potential problems that may be
facing us. Before you discard any of this information please take
take the time to verify on ONLY OFFICIAL US Government sources such
as the site for our United States Supreme Court.

We are not asking Obama for the moon only that he give us some
additinal information to be assure us he is who he says he is. This

Realize the oath you took. It states to obey the LAWFUL orders of the officers appointed above you . In fact if you Believe the order is not lawful within reason and Chief Justice Roberts seems to think we amy have reason then your duty is to the constitution not the officer giving the order. Until BO shows is qualified under the consittution it is your duty not to follow it. There are now lawsuits o this very subject in the court. I for one would not give you a unlawful order and right nowI am not convinced BO is qualified. Call al patriots who will respect the UCMJ

Has any Obama fan learned what this was and how he was so certain ???
I doubt it.

Please check it out more but use official US sources like the US
Supreme Court. Let me just say if the military balks because they are
conflicted about this and they are it is not a good thing. Let us see
if Obama can back down Putin if Putin knows our Joint Chiefs are
conflicted regarding a constitutional issue. Remember unless you have
a passport and leave you will be here too. Let's just say when Russian
War ships are testing our territorial waters and the Chief of the
Navy is wondering if Obama is "legal"" your car payment will not seem
too important.

As always actions speak louder than words and Officers in the US Armed Forces are watching. Thank you for your prayers let us also pray for those who are still listening and not watching Obama actions. They think the Officers just have to take orders from Obama as President. How little they know about the military. Our Oath states we will obey a LAWFUL order. So they better be certain that little COLB Obama posted on is web page is lawful.
