If the New York Times thinks that Obama heading over to lobby Congress on his stimulus package is worthy of being their #1 headline, who am I not to call that news? Though there have been no results, Obama's visit to Congress is significant because it shows a willingness to work with Congress, particularly across party lines.

Until we see a vote, however, I have to call this news story a wash.

Also today, we learned that Obama's first television interview as president was landed by Al Arabia, a Dubai based network. He told the network that "My job is to communicate that Americans are not your enemy." Depending on how well this was communicated, I'd give it a check in the + column, but until we see results, I'm keeping it in the =. I also can't list this as a positive development because, according to our unscientific AOL poll this move bothered quite a few Americans, though I have no idea why.

Check out the running tally and learn more about this list here.
