Steele Wins! Becomes New RNC Chairman

It has been an exciting day for the RNC chairman race. Mike Duncan, the incumbent chairman, dropped out earlier this afternoon.

And now, in a stunning turn of events, Ken Blackwell has endorsed Michael Steele.

Update: MI Chair Saul Anuzis dropped out, but did not endorse. It's down to Steele and Dawson.
