A UCLA geography professor has applied techniques used to hunt endangered species, and says he has narrowed the search for Osama Bin Laden to one of 3 locations. From UK Telegraph:

While the comparison of Bin Laden to a plaid-tufted titmouse is rather amusing, I'm a little bit skeptical. I'd like to run this through a few more randomly related computer models. Maybe we could introduce Bin Laden into a fantasy football draft, or sort through his Netflix queue, and see if we can corroborate some of this.
No word on whether authorities will add "Carmen Sandiego" to Bin Laden's list of known associates.Using patterns of how animal species spread, the world's most wanted terrorist can be tracked down to a town in the tribal region of North West Pakistan it is claimed.
