Is the RNC chair in witness protection or something? I was perturbed, yesterday, that White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs hadn't heard about Steele's comments regarding civil unions. While covering CPAC today, I asked everyone I spoke to about Steele's pronouncement. Here's what I got:
