Nancy Pelosi's Enemies List

Prepare yourself. This is going to get ugly. That which you suspected, turns out to be true. Yes, Nancy Pelosi has enemies. And not only that, but Nancy Pelosi also likes to make lists. Put the two together, throw in a whole lot of conjecture, and you've got yourself what sounds like a sure-fire news story. Don't believe me, have a gander at Politico's latest, "Pelosi's list: Who is on her bad side?"

After exposing Pelosi's shocking practice of keeping track of those constituents that she has helped over the years, Glenn Thrush connects one more dot in his scary picture of power run amok:

But, like her father, she has also maintainted a "disfavor file" in her head--a roster of those whom she believes have screwed up, betrayed her, challenged her or merely annoyed her.

Emphasis mine. Apparently, Thrush has, using his psychic acumen, seen the list that resides inside of Pelosi's mind, because he reproduces it for us. Or, anyway, it could be the list. The point is, there is a list! And to prove it, Thrush has given us testimony from an anonymous psychic friend:

"She's not a vengeful person, per se, and she thinks that people who do bad things eventually get their due without her intervention," a longtime associate said on condition of anonymity.

Wait a minute. Pelosi has a mental list and she intends not to use it? Seriously. Every politician, nay, every human being, keeps a mental list of people they like and don't like. Granted, not all of them are as powerful as Pelosi, but it's amazing to me that Politico would actually lead with this very, very weak story.
