Apparently Rush Limbaugh is getting worried about his
lack of press coverage in the past 12 hours. Because blatant whoring for media attention is the only explanation for
his current dose of bluster...
A Democratic official rebuked conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh on Friday for suggesting a health care proposal will be named in memory of Sen. Edward Kennedy, who is battling brain cancer. On his radio show, Limbaugh said President Barack Obama's proposed health care revisions will be championed by "the liberal lion Teddy Kennedy."
"Before it's all over, it'll be called the Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Care Bill," Limbaugh said.
Not only is this comment tasteless, it also shows that Rush is losing a step. After spending the past week
jockeying with Michael Steele for leadership of the Republican Party, the King of the Dittoheads has just outed himself as a follower in his own right.
Because everyone knows that
predicting the death of a prominent liberal is the proprietary gaffe of Sen. Jim Bunning!
