Move over, John Travolta!

There's a new Bill Clinton movie coming out, and Golden-Globe nominee Dennis Quaid has been tapped to play Bubba. Fresh off the set of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Quaid will be playing Clinton as president, opposite Julianne Moore as the First Lady.

Needless to say, the film will be addressing the most fascinating part of the Clinton presidency: the man's tumultuous, headline-grabbing relationship with ... Tony Blair.

Dennis Quaid will star as President Clinton, Michael Sheen will portray British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Julianne Moore will play Hillary Clinton in "The Special Relationship," an HBO film about the unique and sometimes turbulent political relationship between the newly installed PM and the U.S. president.

The film isn't greenlit yet but is expected to mark the directing debut of "Frost/Nixon" playwright Peter Morgan, who wrote the screenplay.

Personally, we would have gone with Randy Quaid to play Clinton, but we're sure that Dennis will do just fine.
