When you are petitioning God on behalf of something you pray with a like minded person. I would never join together with an unbeliever or a skeptical person in that type of prayer. Witnessing to someone is not prayer. When you pray with an unbeliever or a skeptical person you are praying for THEM...not yourself or a situtation facing you that you need God's guidance with.
