Actually, this situation is kind of a win-win for liberals, as the crazy radio hosts in this clip, who say Romney is "no more a Christin than a Muslim is," prevent Coulter from talking about her new book, "Guilty."
If you have the 10 minutes to spare, watch the whole thing. It lapses briefly into an anti-Romney cartoon, but it comes back to Coulter after that. (h/t Wendy Norris)
The hatefulness of these anti-Romney-ites stunned me during the primaries, forcing me to defend him, and they're at it again. A Daily Kos diarist made me defend Coulter not long ago, leading me to the surreal scene of commiserating with Coulter's bodyguard at CPAC.
Stop it! Stop making me do this! Romney is a terrible candidate, but not because of the 2 reasonable positions he holds, or because he's a Mormon. Coulter is a 3rd rate stand-up comic with material that would make Jackie Mason feel like a kid again, but she deserves to feel safe.
Just promise me this. Promise me you won't hatch some plot to make me defend Bill O'Reilly. Leave me with at least that small measure of dignity.

Michael Steele has placed himself on a pedestal right next to the President of the United States while covering himself with 'vanilla and chocolate fudge' lies about his recent misstatments (strategies to see who is in his corner). Tommy-Isn't it strange that you never criticize Obama even if he is economically and militarily incompetent? In other words Obama doesn't know what he is doing.Look at his cabinet, associates,fellow democratic politicians Dodd,Frank,Rangel,Geithner,Ayers,Wright ,Rezco ,in cahoots with the Wall Street firms,Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac,Banks,and automakers and unions who are robbing the taxpayers blind.When are you going to see the light .You are neglecting your duty as an AMERICAN. Thanks for the video. It proves, once again, that neo-conservatives are only "the right" of "the left", and they sure as hell are not conservative.
The few "conservative" ideas that Romney espouses are simply window dressing for the faux battle of left vs right. As long as the Republican Party continues to put forth this type of candidate, that simply kisses the ass of the left, they will continue to be a non-entity.
As for Coulter, she may be right of Romney, but she is still neo-conservative. And she uses the leftist ploy of attacking the messenger and deflecting.
The Republican Party will return to it's roots, or fade away. For now, they are just the right arm of the one-party system.
To the GOP: You've got one shot left, make it count.
We need another Barry in the White House.

I don't think Ann knows any theology much less know anything about Mormanism, but she is correct to say that Mitt Romney is not a Christian. Mormanism beliefs is by far from being a Christian organization. The Southern Baptist people and other Christians lable Mormanism as an cultic religion.
Other than that, Mitt Romney supports Christian values (protecting the unborn and defending the Sanctity of Marriage.).
