Stephen Baldwin's Co-Host Captions Photo 'Who's My Daddy, Yo?'

Actor/conservative activist Stephen Baldwin's Blog Talk Radio co-host and Townhall columnist Kevin McCullough lowers the bar for both outlets with his racist caption of this photo, apparently as an adjunct to this:
Abstinence is also something else... effective. It has a 100% success rate of reducing teen sexual activity, unwanted pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases etc... EVERY SINGLE TIME it is used.

And one last bit of compelling evidence from the side of big government control programs - like Planned Parenthood which targets black communities in the nation's inner cities... the African American unwed birth rate surpassed its previous high and is now 71.9%.

I'm tempted to argue McCullough's point on the merits, but I can't seem to get past the fact that he feels the need to attack a baby to make it.
I've said before that I think Stephen Baldwin is a decent guy, based on what I've seen. If he says things that are a little (or a lot) off the reservation at times, it's in service to what I think are deeply held, sincere beliefs. The fact that he's so uncalculated is a big factor in his appeal.

Something like this, or McCullouch's comparison of the President to Adolf Hitler, can only serve to taint the images of those around him. I'm a liberal, for example, who holds favorable opinions of Townhall (my colleague Matt Lewis blogs there), Stephen Baldwin, and Heading Right Radio (I'm Media Lizzy's #1 fan.) Luckily, I know better than to think any of them agrees with this kind of (putting it very kindly) racial insensitivity.

Our New Approach to Comments

In an effort to encourage the same level of civil dialogue among Politics Daily’s readers that we expect of our writers – a “civilogue,” to use the term coined by PD’s Jeffrey Weiss – we are requiring commenters to use their AOL or AIM screen names to submit a comment, and we are reading all comments before publishing them. Personal attacks (on writers, other readers, Nancy Pelosi, George W. Bush, or anyone at all) and comments that are not productive additions to the conversation will not be published, period, to make room for a discussion among those with ideas to kick around. Please read our Help and Feedback section for more info.
