We're seriously tempted to stop doing any work and simply replace our blog posts with an RSS feed of stories about Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN).
After a marathon six months of lunacy
capped by her call for violent revolution
against the Obama Administration's environmental policies, Bachmann continued her right-wing conspiracy-mongering this weekend.
On a Minnesota radio talk show, she declared her fear of the totalitarian-style re-education camps
that the Democrats have planned for America ...
I believe that there is a very strong chance that we will see that young people will be put into mandatory service. And the real concerns is that there are provisions for what I would call re-education camps for young people, where young people have to go and get trained in a philosophy that the government puts forward and then they have to go to work in some of these politically correct forums.
Bachmann is referring to the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, which expands the existing Americorps program and was overwhelmingly passed
by both houses of Congress last week.
We're not exactly sure how she sees North Vietnamese-style
re-education camps in the bill, but we're pretty sure her source is the same reputable journalists who fed her the story about Obama replacing the dollar
with a New World Order currency - World Net Daily
Regardless, we say bring it on, Rep. Bachmann! We're lazy, and you make our jobs so, so easy.
