Comic Book Barack Fights Sexy Sarah Palin, Ann Coulter Stand-Ins

First, there was the Spiderman with the Barack Obama cover, and now, Devil's Due Publishing is giving Barack Obama the full comic book treatment with "Barack the Barbarian." Taking pre-orders now for a June release, the series features a ripped, muscular Barack taking on scantily-clad nemeses like Red Sarah and Coulter stand-in The Shrieking Enchantress. From their website:

From a far away land rises a mighty hero. The son of peasants from two different realms, the one known only as Barack protects the people of Hope Kingdom at all costs. Watch as he takes on the likes of Boosh the Dim, Red Sarah and Cha-nee the Grim in this hilarious first issue!

While the deck seems to be stacked in favor of Obama, I wonder if the flatteringly-rendered drawings of political figures from both sides of the aisle will make collecting these comics a bipartisan effort. Even Cheney looks good. As Caleb and I can attest, dorkdom knows no party.
