As the MSNBC video below and this photoset from White House photographer Pete Souza show, not every minute in the life of the Obamas is staid and official. Despite a tumbling economy, two wars, pirates and a flu pandemic, President Obama healthily takes some time to just be Barack.

Oh, and it's good to have a young, vibrant family in the White House again.
