Oprah Winfrey has released some portions of her excruciating interview with Elizabeth Edwards, which is set to air on Thursday.
In one excerpt, Winfrey says to Edwards, "You asked your husband for just one gift when you got married. What was that?"
Edwards responds: "I wanted him to be faithful to me. It was enormously important to me."
When Winfrey asks if she thinks Rielle Hunter was John Edwards' only affair, Elizabeth Edwards says, "I believe that, I want to believe that."
And on the question of whether Hunter's baby belongs to her husband, Edwards responds, "I have no idea." Video below:
