"So how do I pay for that? Who pays for that? You just cost me money."Um, Mike, isn't that what happens whenever anybody gets married? They start out not being a spouse, then become spouses, thereby costing "you" money?
Steele said that was just an example of how the party can retool its message to appeal to young voters and minorities without sacrificing core conservative principles.Sure, the way to attract new voters is to completely destroy their and their friends' ability to ever have a family. Or does Steele imagine a hidden generation that has no gay friends? Maybe a sort of demographic equivalent of the Oceanic Six?
