The House and Senate have both started their week-long Memorial Day recess, so there's not a lot of action on the Hill today, but the White House is doing enough to make up for it. Here's what's happening in Washington today:
*All Day: Senate in recess.
*All Day: House in recess.
*All Day: Vice President Biden in Lebanon.
9:00 a.m.: The President signs the Weapons Systems Acquisition Reform Act in the Rose Garden.
10:00 a.m.: President Obama delivers the commencement address to the graduates of the Naval Academy in Annapolis.
10:15 a.m.: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi holds her first press conference since last week's unpleasantness. Expect follow-up questions.
11:00 a.m.: Elmo, a secret policy wonk, holds a press conference to tell kids how to avoid the swine flu.
3:00 p.m.: The president signs the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act.
Also, it's National Maritime Day.
