All Day: The Virginia GOP holds its state convention, featuring *Mitt Romney*.

10:00 a.m.: Secretary of Education Arne Duncan speaks at the National Press Club about education reform.

11:00 a.m.: President Obama speaks about "securing our nation's infrastructure." We're not sure of that means keeping bridges safe from terrorists, or keeping bridges safe to drive across, but we'll watch and let you know.

UPDATE: Now we know -- it's the nation's "cyber infrastructure."

2:00 p.m.: First Lady Michelle Obama visits Bancroft Elementary School in D.C., where students run their own garden. It's also the school that's helping FLOTUS with the new White House Vegetable Garden.
