Will Sarah Palin Run for Re-Election in Alaska?

Will she or won't she? Will Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin seek re-election in 2010, or does she have her eyes set on a bigger prize? According to Politico, several prospective candidates from both parties are betting that it's one term and out for Palin.

If Palin were to try for a second term, the 2012 presidential election would pose something of an interesting hurdle for her, as a former Palin staffer points out,

"If she runs for governor, though, she is going to have to answer the question: Are you going to get elected and then take off for Iowa?"

Palin herself recently refused to commit to Wolf Blitzer on whether or not she wanted another term in Anchorage. Watch:
