Pelosi: Gore Canceled D.C. Trip to be 'Energy Efficient'
Although Al Gore had been scheduled to appear in the Capitol with Nancy Pelosi today to stump for House passage of the climate change bill, Pelosi called Gore last night to cancel. Why?
At a press conference today, Pelosi explained, "It's a question of what was energy efficient for the Vice President. We were narrowing the list of the undecideds and thought that perhaps another occasion we could call upon his time to come here and be, as I say, more energy efficient for us to coordinate our efforts from Tennessee for him and Washington, D.C. for us because we, as I say, we had a great narrowing of the undecideds yesterday."
The Capitolist has heard many reasons for cancellations, but "energy efficiency" is a first. Video below...

Pelosi no longer uses military aircraft to fly to an from! She flies her DEB (Dual Exhaust Broom). She could of been kind and flew Gore to the Capitol, but the Pentagon decided against it, Pelosi wanted to do a fly-by with Gore riding shot gun over NYC and Jersey. They said they didn't want the public frightened! So, of course, Al Gore was very upset about this! For the record, Al Gore Vowed to drive his big gas hog to the next scheduled meeting from Tennessee with no regards for energy conservation!!!

You stupids, idiots, when are you going to acknowledge all the waste from the previous government? They had a blank check to spend. And they did spend. They approved million and million dollars contracts to their chosen companies. They made the tax payers paid thousand of dollars for a NAIL. They double paid orders they had never received. After the presidential election they vowed to fight the new government. Under the cover of national security, they wish that our beloved America would fail; they wish and pray for a terrorist attack on America. Today we know about their true motives. They are corrupted. Oh what a crock of poo! This woman is sooooo accustumed to spewing lies that she probably half believes the garbage that comes out of her mouth! Energy efficiency has NEVER stopped Gore from firing up his jet and a caravan of Chevy Suburbans and limos to get somewhere that he can self-promote. Does she really think ANYBODY will believe that horse fodder?

Another misleading headline or just bad story?Didn't read this one when it first came out but decided to read it today.I haven't read in any posts that the headline says Gore called Nancy to cancel,but the article says Nancy called Gore.Which is it?
