Harry Reid wants to build a Metro from Disneyland in California to Las Vegas with some of the 8 Billion from the Mass Transit Funds which was in the Stimulus Bill. Chicago with a 500 Million shortage and uncontrolled spending wasnts to shift the Burden to all Taxpayers.
