Huckabee or Romney Would Beat Palin Easily in 2012

Last week, Rasmussen Reports polled Republicans on their favorite candidates for the 2012 presidential nomination and came up with Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, and Tim Pawlenty in that order. This time, Rasmussen tested one-on-one match-ups and found Palin badly trailing both Huckabee and Romney.

Huckabee leads Palin 55 percent to 35 percent with 10 percent undecided and Romney beats her 52 percent to 37 percent with 11 percent undecided. The poll was conducted Oct. 15.
