Oprah Winfrey's production company has confirmed that Winfrey will interview Sarah Palin for an episode of Oprah to be aired Nov. 16 -- the day before the release of Palin's memoir, "Going Rogue: An American Life."

"[F]ollowing her decision to step down as governor of her home state of Alaska, and on the eve of the release of her first book, Palin will speak first to Oprah in a world exclusive interview," a statement from Oprah's production company said on Tuesday.
Winfrey declined to have Palin on her show last year after she endorsed Barack Obama for president. She did, however, invite Palin after the election, an invitation that is now being accepted a year later.

After the Olympics got rammed up her and Michelle's big butts, she needed a winner on her show, so she had to invite Palin. Perfectly understandable.
These Palin stories are provided by Politics Daily to give their intellectually challenged readers a chance to offer their one sentence chimpings. The usual dolts are all here. Amazing.
With the way some of these one brain celled Palin haters react to her, I suggest we put lifesize Palin cut-outs on the edges of big cliffs. It would be a type of eugenics, and no one could complain, since Progressives believe in eugenics.

I think she did decline at first; one year later, well with nothing better to promote herself but her book being written by other.
I wonder why the media have not asked her why she walked off from an important job without clearing her name. As far as I am concerned she abused her power as a Governor. No guarantee that she would not walk off any job anytime (Vp?); or even cancel the interview with Oprah.

Palin decline an opportunity to make major bucks?? Are you kidding me--that's what her whole life is about. Her book should be entitled "Going Rogue--How To Destroy a Political Party, And Make $$$ Doing It"
Palin is a total hypocrite and will suck up her mighty Radical Religious Republican integrity to go on Oprah because her minor IQ still manages to make clear to her that Oprah is the way to sell books. Hell, even I give her credit for this one. Then again, she could once again, say that she knew nothing of such an interview and stick to her new MO--quitter.

Will Oprah ask hard, pertinent questions, or will she let Ms. Palin skate through the interview with canned answers? By the way, Ms. Palin is only a US citizen and in no way should her statements carry the weight of any current elected official.

ed, I think Oprah will be fair, and it will be one of those touchy feely type interviews, in other words it might be crap. I'm not trashing Palin, but I truly think it will be like that.
