NATO Ministers Endorse McChrystal Plan for Broader Afghan Strategy

What a shock! The "Sage of Delaware" didn't prevail in the debate on strategy in Afghanistan. Who could have seen that coming?

What's next in Obama's ditherama? Will Obama refuse to send troops until Afghanistan triples it's GNP, and sing songs about him in the schools?

Maybe Obama doesn't think he has enough troops to spare, what with his frontal assault on FOX NEWS. O'Reilly can be tough to deal with. Maybe 40,000 troops would be more productive battling that pernicious independent media here at home. Some of those troops will have to be used to surround Rush Limbaugh, and storm Cheney's Wyoming home.

Once Obama's most trusted military advisers, Emanuel and Axelrod (sounds like a comedy act) make up their minds which military strategy best matches up with the polls, there should be some real decisive decision making. Meanwhile, the world loses more confidence in our leadership and our dollar. The two are definitely connected.

The fact NATO is ready to take action speaks volumes. Maybe they've recognized that with Pakistan attacking the Taliban, there is an opportunity to win this thing sometime this century, if Obama could just bring himself to start acting like the Commander In Chief, instead of the mayor of Chicago.

Of course the WORLD knows it, but Lord of the Flys has never intended on winning the war.....go taliban and Obama-----there will come a moment of Clarity for liberals....bio or dirty bomb attack will clear the cob webs and suddenly they will decide they blew it.....if they live

As our troops are being overrun and slaughter by the Taliban, Obama continues to fly around the Country making fund raising speeches to is rich, elite socialists. Obama's hand picked General asked for more troops two months ago, saying the war could be lost. The Taliban knows Obama is a weak kneed, pacifist, surrounded by his Anti War, Anti Military Czars, and feel if they can push hard enough, Obama will "Cut and Run" as he and his ilk wanted to do in Iraq. The Taliban are no fools...they see the World news and feel emboldened by Obama's lack of experience and leadership ability. Sadly it is costing our young men's lives needlessly...

im not quite sure that we should be the ones sending in more troops. we are not the only military in the world

NATO says OK whatever but we are not coming? 40,000 Americans have to be sent to carry all the water. This is wrong and the other NATO members better start getting more involved in all of these messes around the world or we will run out of volunteers and have to go to a draft. I would suspect that that Would fit the Obama agenda anyway???????????? save or create new jobs? all government and military. Why no cuts in the size of the federal government like all of the states are having to do to balance there budgets?

This was a very clever diplomatic ambush. Now that NATO has endorsed McChrystal's "plan", they have to support it with troops and equipment. If President Obama had already committed to sending troops, NATO would have balked, saying that since we already made up our minds as to what we were going to do, we don't need their help. Now, Obama heeds to get support from one Muslim country. It will be tough, and he doesn't need their troops, but he does need their public endorsement. He also has to get an endorsement from the UN Security Council. As a Nobel Laureate, this should be pretty easy.

Listen douche nozzle...you need to stop listening to the other Foxsuckers and do your own research. Our troops are not being slaughtered by the Taliban. If nothing else, they're getting careless and sloppy. McKiernan asked Bush for more troops in August 2008, but Bush didn't want to hurt McLame's presidential bid, so he deffered. When McSame lost, he still delayed deployment, punching it off on President Obama, who sent 21,000 troops over in March, or were you paying attention? McKiernan got FIRED, for playing politics with soldiers lives, and he was forced to retire. Patraeus and Gates were the ones who RECOMMENDED McChrystal. McCrystal as you may recall, is the azzhole who tried to help cover up the Pat Tillman friendly fire incident. He signed the endorsement of the Silver Star even when the battalion commander told him it was friendly fire. Bush needed something to divert attention from Abu Gharib, so he and Cheney fed the story of the hero Pat Tillman to Fake News, and they played it 24/7 for four days straight, mixing in BS stories about frat boy pranks at Abu Ghraib...and how dare the MSM question our fighting men about Abu Ghraib...and it for the most part, worked.

It's a shame the president is a Surrender Monkey and the EU weak wristed fools can make him look like a worse wossie than they are.

EU wossies accept McChrystals plan but Obama can't? Obama must be getting ready to surrender the middle part of the USA to Hugo Chavez. He isn't happy unless he is surrendering to someone or apologizing for America's horrible world screwing past.
