The only national emergency we currently have is the administration in DC.

Well once again Obamas mouth overloaded his hummingbird ass. He said months ago we would have enough vaccine to take care of the situation by now. He didn't get it done. Just like all the other crap he promised that he didn't get done as President. Obama is a JOKE!

Well folks, just where is all of that swine flu vaccine Obama said was on the way MONTHS AGO???? Does this guy have the foggiest idea of what he is doing??

Is this timing a coincidence? Hence, health care reform. This will now become a political issue. Obama and his administration, with aid from the media, will no doubt take this epidemic & tell the public that we need Govt run health care. Did the administration delay just long enough to let public fear peak? Now they will ride in on a white horse and say... look at us, look what we can do. You need our health care..NOW! To bad for them most Americans are more astute than that.

Well let's just let the Swine flu thin the numbers--I think that would make you Righties happier anyway. I know it would me, I survived the Swine flu and the thought of thinning the numbers of 'stupid' Americans (excluding the small children that is) is sooooo appealing.

By delcaring a national health emergency, the H1N1 vaccine can now have squalene added as an adjuvant. This will reduce the amount of vaccine used in each dose, which is how to stretch supplies. How about this: drug manufacturers are held harmless during this national emergency !! Swine Flu - Obama Administration in power - plenty of warning, promises months ago of "vaccines for everyone" not even remotely close to accurate - Commentary varying from thoughtful excuse making and rationalization to dead silence.

I am 74 yrs old bk in late 50's flue the rage. We doctored our own. We used the old folks remedy. gargle your throat with teaspoon salt and tsp of soda in rather hot water. take aspirins every 4 hrs, put several covers on to break fever, change sheets and pj's after it broke use vicks for nose and rub it on chest also when you had severe coughing like a croop go in bathroom with a child close the door turn bath tub hot water on just let the mositure get gathered and sit wit child in there up will stop croup. we also had humifiers .also no one knew much about allergic to bes so a teaspoon of honey helps coughs, if not that a tsp of sugar with whiskey in a spoon it worked and that is why I think the older ones are kinda immune, The old folks had a lot of good remedys. Also we all cooke home cooked meals. liver, spam ,fish deer meat fried steak bologna, hamburger mushroom soup.pinto beans fat back. We did great hubby had no money to buy cigs and I had no money to uy cokes we would take coke bottles back for 2 cents milk man came to door ice cream man came on truck kids played out til 9 and was dark. played hide and seek we need to go bk in time.
