This seems more like gossip than news. Birthdays are meant to be special events, more so when it's a first birthday, and a first pet. People say "well there are other people suffering and the dog is getting veal, it's so unfair" or some such thing, even if the dog hadn't gotten veal people would still be suffering. They're not suffering any more than they were before a dog had veal, and if that's the issue then why complain when you could be trying to help people?

My family have raised our own meat and hunted our meat. One thing we never did eat was veal and baby pigs. Do you know what kind of a short life these creatures have? How they are 'raised'? I think it is disgusting how the B.O.s flaunted this party. For God's sake. It's a dog.
