Bush never won a real election.He was appointed the first time and stole it the second time in OH with the help of O'Dell from Diebold. Furthermore he was never successful at ANY business he ever undertook his entire adult life. He was a total embarrassment to the US. He couldn't cobble together 3 coherent sentences in his native tongue.His Daddy had to bail him out of every scrape he got into. (I voted for his Daddy the first time around). The mess we are in now is entirely caused by him and his lying to get us into Iraq and the tax cuts for the rich. He is not and never was smart enough to be qualified to be a garbage collector much less a POTUS.

The Iraq Liberation Act of 1998 (Public Law 105-338) passed by the House and Senate and signed into law by President Bill Clinton on October31, 1998 stated, "It should be the policy of the United States to support efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq and to promote the emergence of a democratic government to replace that regime."

On December 18, 1998 President Clinton ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq. They are joined by Britishforces," "Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors,".

In a Letter to President Clinton, signed by Sens. Carl Levin, TomDaschle, John Kerry, and others Oct. 9, 1998. they wrote,: "[W]e urge you,after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs."

Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct. 10,2002. said: "In the four years since the inspectors left,intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Quieda members.... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."

Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003 said, "Without question,we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime .... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ....
